Gates for Umrah pilgrims and for people with disabilities
In its March 2025 allocation the Authority listed these entrances. Allocations change with crowd levels, so follow the signs on the day.
- Umrah pilgrims: King Abdulaziz Gate, King Fahd Gate, Umrah Gate, Bab al-Salam and Gate 145, plus the Ajyad, Safa, Marwa and Shubaikah bridges.
- People with disabilities: King Fahd Gate, King Abdulaziz Gate, Umrah Gate and Gate 153.

How many gates does Masjid al-Haram have?
The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has said the mosque has 243 gates, of which 68 were in use (reported March 2025): 17 for Umrah pilgrims, 42 for worshippers and 9 entrances for people with disabilities.
