Where the official live stream comes from
The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) runs two channels that broadcast from the Two Holy Mosques around the clock: the Saudi Quran channel from Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, and the Saudi Sunnah channel from Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah.
Its website, sba.sa, links to both channels on YouTube. The buttons on this page use the channels’ own “live” address, so they always open the stream that is on air now.
Quran radio (audio only) is on the authority’s RadioPlus service.
How busy is the mataf right now?
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques publishes live crowd figures for the mataf (tawaf area) and the mas’a (sa’i area) on its website.
Beware of copies
Many websites and channels re-broadcast these streams with their own ads, and some add fake “live” titles to old videos. Only the two channels above belong to the Saudi Broadcasting Authority.
