- Children under 12 must travel with an adult and need a valid ticket. Children under 2 travel on a ticket without their own seat, sharing the adult's seat.
- Changes: Economy: 10% of the ticket price more than 24 h before departure, 20% from 24 h to 20 min before. Business: free more than 24 h before, 10% from 24 h to 20 min before. No changes less than 20 min before.
- Cancellations: Economy: 20% more than 24 h before, 50% from 24 h to 20 min before. Business: free more than 24 h before, 35% from 24 h to 20 min before. No cancellations less than 20 min before.
